A Bordeaux Tradition, Reimagined — Retouche
Retouche pays tribute to the 19th-century Bordeaux practice of “Hermitaging” — blending a touch of Syrah into Cabernet- and Merlot-based wines to add roundness, warmth, and aromatic lift. Far from a simple Cab/Merlot/Syrah blend, Retouche uses a precise parcel of Syrah that acts as a quiet architect in the background — subtly enhancing the wine without ever stealing the spotlight.
